In the Bronzebow Forum, under Isometrics, goes on about how others try to completely compress the Bullworker and get hurt, how some users have developed tendonits, joint pain, etc.using the Bullworker. I got that site in the other Bullworker Forum,, but don't have it now.

I am finding that I can get a good strength workout with this product, but not get the joint soreness that I was having before. The Bullworker can be used both isometrically and isotonically.
